With over 20 years of experience in real estate and branded residences, Catherine Chan is Chief Development Officer at Hotel101 Global (Nasdaq: HBNB). She leads global expansion and project development through joint ventures and partnerships, supporting Hotel101’s tech-driven condotel model that standardizes 21 sqm rooms to deliver consistent operations, efficiency, and a seamless guest experience across locations. Previously, Catherine held senior roles at Accor, including Vice President of Accor One Living and Global Brand Advisory Lead, where she led the group’s mixed-use business and helped strengthen Accor’s position as the world’s second-largest operator of branded residences. She holds an MBA from IE Business School, a master’s from Monash University, and dual bachelor’s degrees from Carnegie Mellon University.
